About the Villa

The Villa has been in our family since 2001, when we bought it as a holiday home. Since then we have spent idyllic holidays there every year and come to know and love Cavalaire. The Villa is extremely flexible and can either be configured as a four bedroom two bathroom property (with upstairs and downstairs kitchens) or it can be configured as two, self-contained two bedroom apartments, each with it's own seperate entrance doors, parking equipment and amenities. 

First floor appartment.

Comprising one double bedroom (with AirCon), one twin bedroom (with AirCon), a bathroom (with bath, shower and a saniflo WC), a seperate WC, a kitchen, a living/dining room and a very large, partially covered terrace and deck with external sofas and an outside dining table.

Ground floor appartment.

Comprising two double bedrooms (with AirCon), a shower room (with a saniflo WC), a seperate WC, a kitchen, a living/dining room and a very large terrace, offering areas in full sun or shade with external sofas and an outside dining table.

Entertainment and Communications

The Villa has Freesat (English) television with large Flat screen TV's in the sitting rooms, as well as a number of smaller TVs. It also has free Wi-Fi and fast broadband throughout, as well as a comprehensive film library and a Sonos wireless music system, complete with a music library (which can also play music from your ipod or iphone). There is a windows 10 PC and a printer in each appartment

Swimming Pool

The 10m x 5m pool is shared between the two appartments.

Other Amenities

It also has a large (american style) fridge freezer with an automatic ice-maker

Barbecues

There is a large American Broil King gas barbeque by the pool, as well as two traditional charcoal barbeques and an outdoor electical griddle as well as two raclette machines and a gas paella burner. Each terrace has a large wooden outdoor table that seats 10 people, as well as numerous benches chairs, tables and steamer chairs.
